All good business owners know that good staff are worth training up and retaining. Actively contributing and seeing a careerpath in your workplace is key to retaining those rising stars in your business. So if you have a new potential manager in your hospitality venue, then you can reward them and ensure your venue benefits from their skills. PJT in conjunction with Blackboard Creative and RAM Training Services is hosting the Responsible Management of Licensed Venues course on the Sunshine Coast. RMLV certification is required for any licensed venue, and venues must ensure a RMLV certified person is on site at all times the venue is open. The certification must be renewed every 3 years, so if yours is coming due or you need to have an additional staff member certified – book now.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Comply with the legislative framework within which the business operates and understand your responsibilities under the Liquor Act 1992
  • Know the effects of alcohol and the impact on all parties concerned.
