WINNER - 2009 Corporate Business Woman of the Year

It's the 1 percenters - the small improvements each day that add up to make a big difference. Continuing to grow your skills and knowledge by increasing your knowledge with advisors and mentors will help you do it.

Often. Yes, I like keeping busy whether that is at home or in the office. Unfortunately, there is only 24 hours in a day so I do like to jam a lot in there. I have high expectations on what I want to achieve each day, so planning is a must.

If you want to be successful in business, have a goal. Know the key drivers to your business. Know their current results. Decide where you want them to be, and be accountable to someone to get there. Also, never stop learning. We only know what we know, and our business and lives can be limited by this if we don't keep expanding our knowledge.
