Company Registration Changes

From time to time you may find things in your company change.  Perhaps you move address, or a Director or Registered Officeholder changes.   All these things need to be reported to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) within 28 days of the change taking place.

There are certain details you need to keep up to date with ASIC.  These include:

  • Physical street address where the business is registered
  • Principal place of business address
  • Email address for correspondence
  • Phone numbers – landline and mobile phone numbers
  • Officeholders

This information can be updated online through ASIC connect. Other details may require specific documentation, so best to check with your PJT Accountant first.
